Educational Background

  • Certified ADR ODR International Accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator

Ms. Shwetha has 25+ years of standing at the Karnataka Bar. She is retained by public-sector undertakings such as the Employees Provident Fund Organization, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, Cauvery Neeravari Nigama Ltd., Karnataka Housing Board and in the past has advised Karnataka State Financial Corporation (K.S.F.C.), Western Railways and B.M.T.C.. as their legal counsel.

She also advises companies on labour law compliances including the guidelines and setting-up of the system for implementing POSH (prevention of sexual harassment at workplace) compliances.

Ms. Shwetha understands the rigors of litigation and advises clients on alternate methods of dispute resolution such as arbitration, mediation and counselling. She is also a certified Mediator at the Bangalore Mediation Center and certified as an International Mediator.

Ms. Shwetha is a member of Rotary Bengaluru Sahakaranagar and was president from 2014-15 and 2017-18. She is also the Chairperson of legal- aid & literary organization – Vidhi Sanchaalan Public Charitable Trust that provides legal-aid and legal awareness
